Yeeeeesh. So so dirty and gross

Very good stay, every time we stay here. I only wish they would get their pool up and running. Has not been in service for the last 3 years that I have stayed here. Don’t advertise it if it is never open.

The property was run down, the pool was disgusting. When I entered the room, it was actually hotter than it was outside. In the middle of the night, somebody actually tried to enter our room.

Booked hotel around 12:30 am Saturday morning. Plans changed, so I attempted to cancel. Hotels.com clearly stated that i could cancel up till 1600 (4pm). I called early in the day on Saturday, around 10am to cancel. The person that answered (female), was very nice, but she said she couldn't cancel, it would have to be overridden by her manager. She took down my phone # and said I should expect a call back from her manager. He never called back, so I reached out directly to the hotel around 5pm. When the manager got on the phone he said the cancellation policy is 24 hours. I told him I understand that, but the website clearly stated something different. He waa extremely rude, and hung up the phone.

Breakfast is too simple. Cleaning room is missing one day.

They charge you extra to park in the hotel parking lot even though it’s off the freeway and no other parking lot is available. My family and i rented 10rooms and we had multiple cars they made us pay $10/car

The gal who checked us in was wonderful! There was only one staff member working in mid-afternoon & she was checking on something in a room so the lobby was locked, but she noticed us right away and got us checked in. Upon arriving into our room we found 1/2 a dead cockroach in the bathroom, the AC wasn’t consistent & it didn’t look very clean. We checked the beds and they appeared to be clean. It was obvious the floor wasn’t vacuumed. I wore flip flops in the shower & room because it seemed dirty, not just old, dirty. We ran out of toilet paper too & had to go ask for more after being there 1 day. The man who was working day 2 was not friendly at all. The breakfast is minimal (expected) but coffee was good. The fridge the yogurt is kept in was dirty, with hair just in there. The container the waffle mix was in looked disgusting. On the last day we decided to have orange juice from the machine as we were checking out, there was a gag worthy layer of slime at the bottom of the cup. The location is decent about a $10 Uber ride to anywhere you want to be.

No room service for the 3 day stay. No one ask if everything was ok. Air conditioning made alot of noise.

The staff was very friendly.

They required a $ 50 dep. at checkin and was not that clean. A great place for hookers
