I like that it very was close to where i needed to be.

Wasn't expecting much seeing the prior reviews and the price. However upon arrival the man at the front desk advised the room wasn't ready yet and he'd give us a call as soon as it was. Confirmed our information but never heard back from him. When I returned to finally check in I had to go through the entire check in process again (no big deal). First impression of the room was that is wasn't so bad. Didn't smell in the bedroom area seemed decently cleaned and somewhat updated. After setting up my laptop on the table in the room is when I started to notice how dirty the room was. From what I can tell it looks like they change the sheets and that's about it. The sink had hair in and was dirty, the bathroom wall next to the toilet was dirty from what one can only imagine to be feces. Shower handle was loose and clearly hasn't been wiped down in years. The tissue box holder in the bathroom area was all rusted out with the trashcan placed strategically right under it so all the dust/rust would fall straight into it. If the owners of the property where to just invest a little bit of time in cleaning and repairing the few issues that really make the place terrible it would be a decent place. With that being said I avoided showering that night ( it was that dirty) and slept. I would recommend spending a few extra bucks or finding a place a bit further away that has better reviews.

Quite frankly, Expedia, please do NOT list this property as an option for your customers. I do not think that Expedia would want to be associated with the conditions that I found at this place. These are enumerated below: 1. Filthy and dirty rooms. I had to clean the toilet the first time I used it because it had pee and feces stains. 2. The bathroom and showers are moldy and stained. 3. The bed linens are smelly. 4. The room are not cleaned daily nor the dirty towels changed and removed. I had to collect my used towels and exchange them at the front desk because there were NO employees to do this per the front desk lady. 5. There is frankly no customer service other than one rude lady at the front desk. 6. The bathroom became flooded when the guest in the upper room showered/used their bathroom i.e. the waste water from the top room flooded into my bathroom. This is a health hazard. 7. I had to check out of this property early because of its filthy standards and so far, there hasn't been a refund to my account. I expressly stated to the front desk lady about my concerns and reasons for my checking out early. She said that a manager would reach out to me two days ago. So far, no call! 8. Please, DO NOT use this property until they fix these filthy conditions.

This was not a good experience. The room was dirty for a number of reasons. There was no toilet paper, no soap, there were two different colored old socks under the bed, and I don't mean right under, I mean barely an inch from the cover. The room looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in days. The pool was also cloudy and there was no way we were going to swim in it. The location is a really good one and it was very cheap; however, for me every hotel has to have a minimum level of cleanliness and this did not. Finally, I want to touch on the breakfast. We got there 15 minutes before it closed and there was nothing apart from yogurts left. They were not refilling anything and basically said it was closed. At other hotels I've stayed at, they always honor the time regardless of whether you get there at the beginning or the end of breakfast. All in all, if you want a very cheap hotel in a good location and care about nothing more, this is the place for you. If you want even the minimum expected standard of cleanliness, i'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Disgusting run down property, rude front desk clerk at check in, did not honor the rate quoted on my confirmation from Expedia. Never again.

good service at front desk. room was ok. bathroom had no washcloths,soap,shampoo. sink was clogged up when used.There was long hair stuck to the shower walls and a single contact lense stuck to the countertop in the bathroom.

Just an over night stay in Austin. The room could have been more clean/kept, but when I requested new sheets, the employees were very kind!

Management team was very rude and disrespectful. Never stay here.

We will not stay here again. Upon check in, we were given a key that didn’t work. They gave us a new one and we entered a room that was already attended. The room was hot when we entered. There was old blood on the pillow cases. The shower curtains were also stained. Our room key didn’t work once we came back from our event.
