Nothing . After seeing the condition of the room we did not want to eat at the breakfast.

The room was worn out. There were stains on the walls and ceiling. The headboards looked like a cat use them as a scratching post. The shower trim was damaged. The couch was stained, the table was scratched and damaged, overall the room was worn out. The air conditioning/heat did not work.

Breakfast was good. Room was nice and clean and pool and hot tub were also nice.

$10 fee for parking. Plenty of parking spaces for guest...no need to charge.

Everything but the cleaning. Nice area bedroom spacious. But stains dirty sheets and covers, dirty carpet. It was not somewhere I felt comfortable. But it was short notice and I was exhausted enough to sleep with my clothes on. Could of been a perfect experience just wasn’t tidy

Managers happy hour.

Someone entered our room while we were away for the day and left the door ajar. The manager never even spoke to us. The front desk promised to get to the bottom of it and no one ever called us. The security gates are propped open with rocks. There is constant construction.

Breakfast was good. Hoursnwere convenient and there was a good selection,

Luggage cart was not available in early morning of departure day. I saw nobody using any luggage carts during the approximately 30 minutes that we spent carrying our luggage downstairs in several trips. I can only assume that people had commandeered them the night before and were holding them for later use. You should do something to try to prevent this.
