Malmaison Edinburgh

Spent a brilliant 4 days in Leith, great location. The hotel was more than we expected, very clean. The suite we stayed in was very roomy and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and nothing was to much trouble for them. The one member of staff that really stood out was Hannah, she was very helpful, nothing was to much trouble for her she made you feel relaxed and at home. Will definitely stay there again.

A beautiful stay at the Malmaison. The staff were so lovely big shout out to the breakfast team especially Hannah who took such good care of us.

Excellent stay at Malmaison Leith. Fabulous boutique hotel in a great location, staff were amazing - especially Hannah in the brasserie who looked after us impeccably from when we arrived til we left!! 😊

We had an outstanding stay at Malmaison Leith. The staff were truly exceptional from start to finish. Hannah in the bar and restaurant went above and beyond — so attentive, friendly, and professional. The front desk team couldn’t have done any more for us; their warmth and helpfulness made us feel genuinely cared for. We were treated so well throughout our stay, and it made our visit really special. Highly recommend!

Well we have been here many times before went on November 30th with friends for afternoon lunch . From the moment we arrived things seemed a bit off with the staff . Drinks took forever to arrive food was lukewarm at best when arrived , then they forget to bring our vegetables and sauce / gravy . So disappointing paying a lot of money for under par service and food not great guys

Me and my partner had the best stay at malmaison Edinburgh. It was brilliant from start to finish, we didnt get a chance to explore on the first day as it was lashing rain, so we stayed in the hotel and it was the best experience. We would like to thank lucas, niamh, Tina, Eddie (Greek ops manager) Said and Gordon for making it the best birthday weekend, nothing was too much for them. We will be back.

This modern restaurant sets in a nice Victorian building overlooking the Water of Leith. There is a carpark at the real and plenty of parking spaces ion the nearby streets, rare in Edinburgh! The restaurant is clean, and offers a good dining experience. Good ambience, good service from Billie, and good food. The food is bold and innovative, a new pleasurable sensation to my palate. The November offers and deals top it all. Cannot recommend it enough! We have booked again for our next night out.

Finally got round to using an afternoon tea voucher high expectations reading all about it and photos. Were told they were now serving up Xmas fair on the 15 nov get a grip! Have to say the whole thing was a tad underwhelming (seen a better Xmas cupcake in Greggs). Lovely girl on duty made the best coffee. To be charging over £40 per person it was not good

Had a wonderful two night stay here. Very close to tram to get into the centre of town. Thumbs up & special thanks to Hannah who was super & polite with attending to our breakfast. You’re a superstar Hannah !
