El Cozumeleño Beach Resort - All Inclusive

We love it here. Will never stay anywhere else. Staff was friendly and always go out of their way for you. Yanith and Santiago and Paulino are just the best. Ms Martha at the desk is always so helpful. Beach is best around

We have stayed at El Cozumelo several times. This trip was nothing but perfect for us. We've noticed changes in the food and it was excellent. They are updating different areas and it looks amazing. Two reasons we've always come back, one is the service. ALL works are on top of any needs and are just the best people, second is the beach. There is no other resort that has such a breathtaking beach that you can snorkel right off of.

The stay here is always amazing! The view is great, the food is good, the service is amazing as always! Great crew who some of them recognized us from previous visits.

Great view, great beach and beautiful water. Love the snorkeling right at the resort. Rooms need updating such as paint, plumbing fixtures and some furniture. They no longer had the buffet and the menu was limited and the same thing every day. The outside of the property is beautiful but they need to work on the rooms and the air conditioning system. The Staff work very hard to accommodate you. We ran. Into some issues but Julio was a big help in resolving our issues and our food waiter Carlos goes above and beyond to provide the best service! Beach service was slow but it was easy to walk to the bar to get what you wanted. We even tipped the guys taking the seagrass on the beach because they did a fabulous job and work hard. Price, location and the beach is well worth every penny. We had been before and we are returning. We always tip for everything and we brought extra treats for housekeeping as they do their best.

The beach is amazing the fish come right up to you as soon as you get in- water crystal clear- view amazing! People were so great!

Great view from the room. Very friendly staff. It's not a big property but it's clean. Food is decent. Could use more drink options

Got stuck in elevator which was was horrifying. AC could not be adjusted. Horrible plumbing. Bathroom smelled like sewer. Staff was friendly. Clean property. Pool was dirty. Construction noise last three days of stay. Horribly old towels which were scratchy on skin. Food was great except bugs around buffet area.

Our stay was decent. The good!! The food was good, Drinks were great, and wait staff was awesome. The beach area was nice there was some rocks where you get in but you can easily navigate around them unless you’ve had 2 too many to drink. The Bad!! The AC in the room sounded like a jet engine running and would never get the room below 75 we requested 2 fans to be able to sleep. The water in the shower took 20-30 minutes for it the get Luke warm and the pressure was pretty low. That may have been because we were on 9th floor I can’t speak for the other floors. The shower wouldn’t turn off all the way so we had to listen to water dripping along with the jet engine AC. The outdoor dining area had birds flying around inside walking all over the buffet areas and where they were cooking i guess the staff got tired of trying to keep them out so they just ignored them. The swim up bar was closed and the pool needed maintenance. Finally though!! If I were to decide to come back it would be 100% due to the staff I can’t say enough how awesome they were
