The staff was friendly and professional. The food was good, I liked having the casino on site.

The rooms were so cold and we had issues getting the temperature adjusted.

I took my daughter here on a girls trip. The hotel is really nice and we had a blast. The rooms are comfortable and the view is great. The pool is a wonderful spot to spend the day, and the drinks and food served poolside is good. It’s a very chill report experience. My daughter never got tired of it. We especially enjoyed the restaurant where breakfast is served. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff here was above and beyond. There are lots of food options around the hotel too, and it’s a walkable area. Highly recommend!

Property is in an amazing location with any and everything you want within walking distance. Amazing restaurant options and spots to just relax and have a beverage. Starbucks across the street is sweet! Hotel itself needs some changes to charge $42 for the breakfast buffet is absolutely insane for what you get and the quality, raw sausage undercooked potatoes and powdered eggs.. The taking the beach chairs and umbrellas at 5:30 every day is wild. After that time you have to lay on a towel on the beach if you are not ready to leave. Hotel itself is very nice and modern. We prepaid for the breakfast and was still charged for it at checkout so be careful. Spoke to Marya in billing she put me on hold and never returned to the line. But other than that great experience and we had a wonderful time celebrating or 34th Wedding Anniversary in San Juan although no well wishes from the Marriott like we got last year.

We loved that you can walk right onto the beach from the hotel. We also loved all the restaurants on the property. The pool area was great. The cleanness of the property was amazing. The casino was excellent.

We didn't appreciate all the weed smoking that was going on at the property while we would sit on the balcony to enjoy the view of the ocean. The beds could be more comfortable (the mattress was too hard).

We booked two separate stays here with a trip to the southern part of the island in between. The hotel is in a great location on the Condado strip, and plenty of food options are in walking distance, along with a Walgreen's. The lobby is inviting and the valets are helpful with arranging transportation to Old San Juan, the airport, or anywhere else you want to go. There is also an Enterprise car rental location on-site, which was convenient for us. We enjoyed morning coffee and pastries from Cafe Mercado, and arranged to have sandwiches made for us to take to El Yunque. Cosecha is a solid option for a meal, especially if you've had a long day of sightseeing and don't want to stray. The pool and beach areas are nice, plenty of chairs, and friendly beach attendants who set up chairs and umbrellas for hotel guests. There is also bar service at both poolside and beach. The rooms were advertised as recently remodeled, and I would doubt that for either of the rooms we had. They both looked a little the worse for wear, and on the second room, the bathroom door was locked when we entered. Maintenance came immediately and unlocked it, but there was an issue with the locking mechanism and the door sometimes stuck if you closed it completely. It took some effort to get it opened from the inside. The rooms are generally small, but ok for two. We did enjoy our ocean front balcony and the sound of the waves. Also, there was quite some hallway noise, but we never heard anything between rooms. Housekeeping was daily and they did a nice job. The bands on Friday and Saturday night were great, and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the dancing. By far, the absolute best thing about this hotel is the staff. Every person we engaged with, from restaurant servers to front desk to valets to pool bar and beach attendants was smiling, friendly, and acted as though they really wanted to be there. In particular, shout outs to everyone at Cafe Mercado, Jose at Cosecha, Maria at the lobby bar (now I know how to order a dirty martini en espanol!), Frederick at valet, and Stephanie, Miguel, and Juliel at the pool. All of these folks are great examples of true Puerto Rican spirit and made our first visit back to the island in 10 years special. My husband was born and raised in San Juan and it makes my heart happy to see that the warmth of the people has not changed.
