I only stayed one night and I got charged for the second night so I would like a refund from you

I only stayed on the night of the 13th and did not stay the night of the 14th and the hotel said to talk to you about it

Staff and location are great . Adriana check me in and was very helpful of understanding the property. Rita was very nice and made sure to speak when i saw her at the pool . Willamarie made sure i didn’t need anything at all while serving brunch

Just finished up a stay here for a birthday weekend. All I have to say is this hotel blew my expectations out of the water. Seemed pretty basic from the pics and wasn’t looking for much anyway just to lay in the sun upon entry the lobby looks to be newly renovated as does the rest of the hotel and the staff was very friendly upon greeting. The pool area was great and the swim up bar was nice. Cynthia at the pool bar was awesome and so sweet. We did a day bed rental which ran for $223 with taxes and was worth the separation and comfort. Julio our server was great and attentive to us at the bed and even In the pool area checking on us. The room was fine nothing over the top but not underwhelming. The view from the cabana side of the hotel was spectacular and I’d choose it again. I can’t wait to come back and this hotel will definitely be at the top of my list to stay again.

I had high hopes for this hotel based on reviews and renovation but I was not impressed. This is definitely not worth the high cost and resort fees. Every single meal was no less than $100, the halls were frequently littered with dirty towels and trash and the intoxicated guests at 1 am were just the icing on the cake. The room was “so-so”. On my last day, with a checkout of 1 pm, I was locked out of my room - where all of my bags were - at 12 pm.

My wife and I just came back from an amazing trip at the San Juan Stellaris. We had gone down in November with my family and had a great time then and this trip was even better. They seem to be implementing different things to enhance the guest experience such as cold drinks and snacks available at the pool in the afternoon. Every employee and manager/supervisor we interacted with were always so pleasant and made you feel appreciated. Each and everyone of them deserves praises but since we were so busy enjoying ourselves didn’t take all of the names but wanted to publicly recognize the ones I did for helping make this a great trip. To start off Jonathan Cruz a bell hop took us to check out a room before we decided to move to a different one and he couldn’t have been any nicer and personable. Every morning we ate breakfast in the restaurant and everyone who took care of us including the chefs that made the omelettes did a great job and were very helpful with suggestions for San Juan and Rincon which we will be going to later this month. The servers we had Leanne Lara Miguel R, Johanny Callao and Rocio Henriquez were all so personable along with Cristina Parra one of the hostesses and some of them remembered us from my 60th birthday celebration in November. Since I get up early and get chairs and do work on the beach I got to interact with the guys responsible for setting up the beach (sometimes watched them at @530 setting up umbrellas) and they all work so hard and are very helpful to the guests as well as very personable. The ones I recall and also remembered us from November were William and Ivan The hotel is probably the cleanest and most well maintained one I have stayed in and the bathrooms near the pool were impeccable and it’s not easy to do that. It is obvious a priority is placed on that and they take pride in their job. Two of the employees that did a great job were Gilberto Espinosa and Cristine Cortes Myrna segura was the person who was in charge of the complimentary pool drinks and snack set up that I mentioned earlier and kept making sure there was fresh ice and the drinks were full. At the Front desk Jasni Odsaz who I met in November was still on point as well as Nathaniel in guest relations and Roberto the front desk supervisor Had the pleasure of meeting Francis Bestard a manager at en Elite prosceco event and it is evident he takes pride in his job and has the experience necessary to keep the well deserved reputation the hotel has and enhance the experience We are actually heading back for a few days at the end of the month and looking forward to seeing everyone again
