Sandcastle Hotel on the Beach

La localisation avec (pour nous) chambre avec terrasse vue sur mer et le pier. La chambre et sdb classy. Merci

We stayed at Sandcastles Hotel one night on our way from San Francisco to Los Angeles. We wish we could’ve stayed longer because the hotel and the view from our room was amazing! The staff was friendly and in general the atmosphere and the location of the hotel was great!

I liked pretty much everything. The view was amazing. The rooms were cleaned and we had no issues with anything. The balcony feature was worth every penny. Front desk was top tier. Breakfast and everything that was offered was great!

A localização é muito boa! O hotel em si tem dois blocos, sendo que fiquei no bloco principal. Gostei bastante do quarto e da vista da praia, das fogueiras a beira mar, do pequeno restaurante/cafeteria que tem. Achei que o atendimento é mediano e disperso.

atendimento pela recepção, apenas uma pessoa que fica em um quarto no fundo e nao tem nem uma campainha para chamar. precisa ficar gritando para alguém atender em alguns horários. Sempre resolveram tudo prontamente, nao é o fim do mundo, mas acredito que é um ponto a melhorar.

Location, staff, food, price.

Haven’t stayed for a long time. The hotel has really transitioned into a cool resort. It’s more full service than it was before. James and his staff are kind and attentive. Get the ocean front room and you won’t be disappointed. You can sleep with the doors open and hear the ocean while you sleep.
