Sandcastle Hotel on the Beach

Accommodation was superb as usual. Staff interaction was efficient & fun!

Couldn’t get into our room on time as it was still being cleaned but it wasn’t a problem to enjoy the comfy seating on the patio.

Staff was very helpful and friendly The location is great with beautiful ocean views The fire pits at the deck are a great plus

Location was great. Everything was very clean. Front desk staff was excellent.

Staff at prosperity restaurant seemed to have an attitude and weren’t there half the time.

The mattresses are either old or of poor quality. Either way not comfortable.

This was our first time staying at Sandcastle Hotel, and we cannot wait to return! We’ve previously stayed at its sister property on the cliffs in Pismo, so we were excited to try this location. The location is truly unbeatable—you’re just steps from the beach, the pier, and plenty of great food options. It made everything so easy and walkable, which we loved. The only thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t offer additional amenities like a pool or hot tub. However, for us, the incredible location more than made up for it. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

The beach is right outside and they have a little snack place and fire pits on site.

Our room was nice but there were no hooks for towels!!!! They supply beach towels and no were to hang anything! So if you are more then two people you have no where to hang a towel or wet clothing. There is a large blanket wall in bathroom. Also no place to hang to hand towel after washing hands. It is kinda a big deal breaker
