A very clean and comfortable room with an excellent breakfast to start the day. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.

In one sentence I would say everything is very nice. Definitely my next visit would be this Hotel only. .

The room was very good for the price. the bed was comfortable and everything was clean and well-maintained. Hotel staff were courteous and efficient. The buffet-style breakfast was comprehensive, although some items seemed to have been out a long time so choose carefully.

Completely different to what we expected. No restaurant - no bar - smoking rooms on lower level (which is where they put us despite requesting no-smoking). Completely misleading information in literature, although to be fair, the Manager did try to make up for our disappointing first night by putting us into a far better room on the 4th Floor. However, the Hotel lacks basic facilities such as a bar and restaurant and certainly lacks a hotel atmosphere, especially a 4 star atmosphere. (Can I say pre-pack MFI style bedroom furniture). One can get a drink but you have to ask the receptionist or night porter of what is available (no menu or drinks list) and at 9 Euros for a single whisky it is certainly top dollar (sorry Euro) for a lack of a normal bar facility. On the positive side, the breakfast and staff serving the breakfast were great. However, overall the Hotel needs to re-address it's literature as I for one, who has been in a lot of 4 and 5 star hotels throughout Europe, would never have contemplated staying at such a Hotel that lacked the basic amenities that this Hotel lacked.

The hotel itself seems a little downtrodden and looks in the need of refurbishment. However, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and looked much better than the hotel, and the breakfast was ok. Location is okay as well. Wifi was stable.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful. Good choice of food for breakfast which makes this good value for money. The location is good for the station and shopping streets. I would stay there again. Ensure your room is not next to the life shaft as you can hear it through the wall.

I had a booked a "Comfort" level room at this supposedly 4 star hotel. Showed up shortly before midnight at hotel (I had warned them) after a long trip from Hungary. When I got to the reception counter the night clerk gave me a key and after I asked him if it was a quiet room needing my rest, he didn't answer. He took me through a meeting room to a backyard and showed me the door to a motel-like metal/glass door giving directly on the court yard. I opened it thinking it was weird to have exterior access to room like in a motel for a 4 star property. Once I opened the door I saw the tiniest of rooms with a small bed and no room to move. Went back Inside and asked him "This can't be your Comfort Room category - I made sure to reserve one" He first said I hadn't reserved that, than I insisted and he said yes you did but I don't have any other rooms. I was seeing other keys on the key rack though. I tried to insist, and asked him why they would give my room away when I specifically paid more for a bigger room. He was uncarring and seemed to expect me to just take it and said I could talk to the manager in the morning. That was not an option, needed good sleep and space, otherwise I could have booked at a cheap 2 star place if I wanted such a situation. In the end he sent to their sister property South of town... Bad hotel with motel like rooms and uncaring staff.

This is a. Boutique hotel in a quiet street, but just three blocks from the City centre. All things expected are provided, with an amicable staff to assist. Breakfast provisions are plentiful a and varied. WiFi provided at an additional cost, however, proved hard to connect, but that may have been because of my device. Room 78, a huge apartment type room, was in the basement, and suffered noise from the unit above, with things being dropped on the (hard) floor. Altogether though, a great place to stay.
