Trailborn Highlands, Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy

The room was clean and very well organized. Everything was well maintained and clean. I enjoyed the in room coffee service. The staff was very friendly and helpful with a last minute reservation.

Great hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

Shower title grout is pretty dirty and the bathroom seemed data, not sure if that's a retro design. AC was a bit hard to figure out and I ended up waking up in the middle of both night hot, second night I was drenched in sweat. The comforter covers are not breathable.

No closets to hang your clothes up in

not very hospitable, even thou other ratings indicated otherwise, one reason we choose this was by reading reviews. good central locations, but just mediocre experience. room ok, clean, beds alright, value was what we paid, would have been terribly disappointed if i paid what they are during peak season, quiet location

The beds were not very comfortable. They were too low and kind of lumpy. I know there's not much they can do about stink bugs but I killed four in the 3 days we were there.

Our stay was excellent except for a loud air conditioning/heat unit. Otherwise I would have given it an excellent rating rather than good. As others have mentioned a relaxing in room chair would be a welcomed addition, though not essential. The staff is excellent and the location excellent.

Extraordinary hotel with attention to detail. Great atmosphere with all the wooden furniture. Very friendly staff. We would love to come back.

front desk not very pleasant, felt like you were an inconvenience to them, and extra "supper club"benefit people acted the same way , wasn't very hospitable

Too profit oriented. Although the facility was fine everything except possibly the furniture was for sale
