Perfect location for this area. The website is easily one of the best I have ever experienced. Easy to navigate and tons of offerings

Everything was perfect! Friends met after 19 years apart and picked Wright up where we left off. Highlands was the perfect place to do it.

Nice environment, very good design of hotel and pleasant staff. But we had couple of frustrating issues. Oddly there was no chair in room and no closet to hang clothes. But teal frustration came with window shades. Room has electric window shades, which didn’t work. Took 2 trips to front desk for sheets and then had to climb on top of heater to put them up over the windows. Shades continued not to work while we stayed there 3 nights. Service professional very good and attentive but couldn’t fix it. Also, our last night the television was ...after 20 attempts… unable to be turned off - so we finally just unplugged it. Unfortunately makes it so that we will definitely try another place when we return to Highlands

I expected much more for over $500 a night. The shower was dirty and smelled of mildew, with a broken handle that made it nearly unusable. The front desk staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving issues or even offering basic courtesy. For a hotel charging luxury rates, the experience was far from it. Definitely not worth the price — I won’t be returning.

Excellent facility, great location, cordial and helpful staff. New hotel stay concept which we embraced. Enjoy! Nice!
