"Great hotel - Thoroughly recommended"

Great staff, excellent food and a really pleasant hotel to stay at. The regular complimentary bus takes you to and from the NEC/Airport terminal. If you are looking to stay anywhere when visiting the NEC you will find no finer hotel than the Holiday Inn, Birmingham Airport.

"Very good stay"

Very good stay, great breakfast, Smriti was very polite and nice, will come back for sure. A decent night sleep, car park a bit busy but the no charge if you found a place was a nice touch

"Good BUT"

Good stay in comfortable hotel with very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff from reception onwards HOWEVER, having to order dinner using a tablet on the table is technology going too far, particularly in a hotel of this standing.r

A very good experience altogether, travelled over for the NEC show, and i was met by a pleasant and cheerful Shruti at the front desk. She was extremely helpful, and advised that there was a complimentry shuttle bus that runs between holiday inn and NEC/ Trainstation. Nice service at breakfast by Samjhana Jenisha. Very attentive waitresses. Hotel was clean and perfect for price.

"14 Enjoyable Days during my work here in BHX"

The Hotel is quite newly renovated and the rooms are nicely prepared and in a good shape. The cleaning people is really friendly and motivated. also the Service Crew offers a great friendlyness and does a great job. I stayed 14 days for business there and this stay gave me a good and relaxing experience.
