Biltmore Suites Hotel

The Biltmore Hotel is a beautiful historic building. We really enjoyed the charm of this old hotel. Being near to Peabody Conservatory and all the concerts, the Walters Museum, the history museum, and everything else related to Mt. Vernon Place was great.

There was no internet station at the hotel, so I could not email my family. The bath tub had no stopper so no baths could be taken. The room was very big and very clean. The furnace was excellent. The staff was very good.

I stayed here for one night. The room was spacious with an additional sitting room attached. It was clean and comfortable. It was a non-smoking room but the hall and stairs smelled of smoke. I was on the top floor and there was no elevator, which was fine for me but might not be fine for everyone.

Very Very Very BAD, Hotel had BED BUGS . I am telling my bank to stop payment of the chatges.

This Victorian hotel has seen better days - about 150 years ago. The price seemed to us high for such a run-down place and okay location. Everywhere in the hotel was cold, and when I asked for extra blankets, was told the "might" have then - which they did, full of cigarette holes. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable.

I has to carry all of my luggage up narrow stairs to the top floor b/c this motel/hotel has NO ELEVATOR !historic motel/hotel

Hotel is conveniently located and was easy coming and going. All services functioned as advertised. I thought my neighbor was not following the "no-smoking" regulation quite literally...

Horrid! We left after an hour.

I loved it at first until I saw how rude the staff was. I stayed for only 2 nights because at check out time on the second day I over slept and Forgot to book my Room online the woman at the front desk call the Room and was very rude to me cussed at me and everything, the guy she had s5andibg in my room looked like at total junkie

I took a chance on this hotel and I was very disappointed! It was older, which I could tell from the pictures, but it smelled old, the carpet throughout the hotel was worn. Nothing about this hotel was appealing to the eye. They had paint cans sitting out and under stuff. The toweling was very dingy! I could go on and on, but I won't! I would recommend that Hotel.com remove this hotel from their site! I must say that the staff was very pleasant and helpful in regards to recommendations for food!
