Biltmore Suites Hotel

Walls are paper thin and woke up at 3am because of neighbor. Breakfast was unavailable 2 out of 3 days I stayed. No restaurants close by. Felt unsafe in the neighborhood.

The carpet was wet and unclean, the guest next door rented his room to basically smoke marijuana and leave a really distinct smell all over the hallway. There was also a spider in the bathtub. I'm definitely not staying there again

The connecting doors are terrible in terms of noise

I was there a night and the hotel is in need of some renovations. The carpets are in sad shape. But it's a lovely and quiet neighborhood, near a church. It's a walkup so having luggage is frustrating.

Incredibly run down and reeked of air freshener. Woke up with a migraine. Wouldn't recommend

and room smelled like smoke - so allergies kicked off staff means well but this is a really back 1* if that. no bugs though

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. They gave me a place to stash my bike so I wouldn't have to leave it on the street over night. The decor is a bit run down, but in a charming way.

Lacks some basics for example an elevator, and staff was reluctant to help me with my luggage upstairs or downstairs. Strangely empty sitting room on first floor with TV blaring. Need to walk a few blocks for any shopping for groceries, and staff on helpful in helping locate.quiet and peaceful enough, with turn-of-the-century charm

Had a very large room with a sitting area for under $100! Enjoyed my stay with the friendly staff and large screen TV.

When I showed up to check-in the guy behind the counter could not find the reservation then asked us to wait 5 minutes for his "boss lady". After waiting a half hour the guy behind the counter still would not let us check-in. I emailed Travelocity about the issue while we were waiting at the hotel but no one ever got back to me. I was not able to check into this room and ended up having to book another room at the last minute at a much higher rate.
