Biltmore Suites Hotel

I liked the comfortable rooms and all the channels.

Great location, clean and friendly staff

Beautiful hotel but in a rough part of town and staff is not very friendly. You do feel like you are intruding. You have to be let in by staff and it's like walking in on a strangers home. The room is spacious and clean. Close to Mt. Vernon market and parks, but not a place you would feel safe walking at night. The price is reasonable but if you need amenities like ice, elevators, pool, or friendly staff this is not the place to stay. If you do want to travel back in time and more concerned with different, clean or architecture this is a fascinating place to stay.

The Biltmore was very clean and Tidy, for the amount i paid to stay, I would definitely book this hotel again!

This hotel is HORRIBLE AND INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. I slept in the bed for only one night only to awaken with over 20 bed bugs bites to my head, arms, neck, legs and thighs. Once I checked out and told the manager on duty, he just replied "Really?" This place needs to be closed due to infestation, seriously.

My son starts grad school in August and wants to be in the Mr Vernon area, so the Biltmore Suites was an excellent location. The hotel is in an old house and a bit worn, but so were many of the apartments we looked at. It was well equipped with a fridge and microwave. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance. It was also convenient to light rail (which we took to and from the airport), the free shittle to Johns Hopkins, and the free Charm City Connector buses. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. Sandy and all of the hotel staff at the front desk was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some helpful suggestions about where to look. There was good coffee in the parlor in the morning. We had fresh towels every morning and the maids were very considerate. Great value!

Good value and quaint

When searching for a hotel in Baltimore I should have read all the reviews first. The location was fine, parking a block away not too bad, but no elevator and no help with luggage is unacceptable. I would not stay here again. The room was old and dirty, there wasn't even a cup to rinse your mouth when brushing your teeth. Not recommended

I booked this place at the last minute for a 5 day conference at the Baltimore convention center. Considering that and the affordable price, I was very satisfied. When I learned which streets to avoid, the walk to and from the inner harbor was rather pleasant.

It was very run down... Ceiling in bath falling down... Air conditioning was set several times on 70 and temp stayed around s 78 ... Shower was cold ... Not a good visit
