The bed was dirty and had hair in it in multiple spots and yellow stains slept on couch with my blanket the water in shower only came out ice cold

It would’ve been a nice little hotel to stay at

I didn’t stay at the property cause you guys didn’t have no hot water so I told the front desk we weren’t gonna stay there cause there was no hot water. He said I had to call Booking.com to cancel my reservation so both sides you won’t get your really refund.

Location. It was in the middle of town.

The ice machine wasn’t working. The fitness center wasn’t working. The pool was closed. There were multiple things broken not working in the room. The towels were worn, thin and thread bear. Breakfast was lacking and and tasted terrible. Juice was watered down muffins were hard eggs and gravy had been reheated over and over again the bathroom fan wheeled, like it was on its last leg. The bathroom door knob was coming off. The safety lock was coming off the door.

"Could not check in!"

There is nothing to like. There was no check in staff when trying to check in. Waited over 20 minutes at the front counter. Used the phone at the counter to get ahold of staff. It ran the phone right next to the one I was using. I received a call earlier that hotel had no hot water.

Cannot get the hotel to respond to Booking.com request for answers to this situation. Booking.com stated they have given up on getting the answers.

"Nothing seemed to work or be prepared…"

Honestly just the location.

They didn’t have breakfast drinks and no real breakfast other than a muffin. No coffee either. No working hot water for three days and the pool was also not working. Staff was never around when we needed them. Our heater also wasn’t working which was not great considering it was 20 degrees outside. The room was also very dirty. There were hairs on the bed and all OVER the bathroom. Toilet also had mold on it. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
