"Comfortable and affordable."

The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Grounds out back were lovely.

The breakfast was meager. Some parts of the motel needed a touch up. It could be a great place with a little work.

Mattresses were comfortable. Lobby check in area looked nice. Bedroom area was clean.

Outside of building was dirty. Bath/ shower stall looked really dirty from soap scum or age and needed replaced or super cleaned?? Light switch by hair dryer was broken and was a serious hazard to children. Windows dirty. Switches by the bed were not working. Breakfast was awful. Bagels were hard. No cream cheese. Milk and creamer was left sitting on the counter for hours because the refrigerator was broken. This occurred on all 3 mornings of our stay. Definately a health hazard.

"I will not be staying at any more baymont hotels in the future"

Breakfast was all gone by 7:00 and never restocked, non smoking room smelled of smoke, bathroom door was broken and would not closed properly thier was dog hair in the comforter, person at front desk was sleeping and had to call to get him

"Double paid to be verbally shamed"

I like that they offer free breakfast

The front desk clerk was horribly mean, double charged me, my lock was broken on my door, the towels had mysterious stains on them, and it was impossible to get help.
