Nice bed

The whole breakfast kitchen was filthy and there was nothing to eat

Quite run down. Pool and gym were closed. A bit dirty.

Breakfast was almost none.

To start with the MEN'S room off the lobby had no toilet paper or seat protectors and the door could not be closed.The desk person left and people couldn't get checked in, there were no towels and no one to get them. There were two metal staves sticking out of the side of the bed.

Terrible. Terrible, Terrible. The room was filthy, there was make-up and blood on the hand towel hanging by the bathroom sink. The light switch cover is missing in the bathroom and the fan switch doesn't work properly. No plug for the tub, soap residue on the tub faucet and wall. Carpet was sticky in spots. Comforter on 1 bed had brown spots on it, looks maybe like old washed out blood but not sure what it was exactly. Mini-Fridge was dirty and the AC didn't hardly work, when we pulled the cover there was at least a half inch of dust and debris on the filter (I took video). The pool isn't available for anyone's use after August even though it's an indoor pool and listed on the website. Then to top it all off, we needed to stay for 4 days until our house was ready and on day 4 they charged us $25 more and refused to give us a refund eve though it was only 10 am, not even check out time. Unbelievable. Save yourself the hassle and do not stay here.

I would not recommend staying here. The hotel was dirty in all aspects. Blood stains on the pillow, almost all towels had stains on them, sink/tub was dirty. There were no security features in my room. A piece of wood was used to secure my window by jamming it from opening and there was no security lock.

It was quiet.

The 6am breakfast was cold, and the coffee machine didn't work. My hot water was barely warm unless you let the shower run for 5 minutes before you got in.
