ロケーションとアクセスが最高でした。 またプールとジャグジーにサウナ。この3セットを朝でも夜でも子供と一緒に楽しめます。屋上のテラスや途中の階にあるトレーニングジムも使いました。トレーニングジムでは、カーディオのトレーニング、屋上では夕食を持ち運んで屋上でバーベキュー台の横で景色を楽しみながらいただきました。これもまた格別です。 最後にこの泊まった部屋のオーナー様が故障した湯沸かし器をすぐに翌朝、届けてくれることの対応の早さには感銘いたしました

車で到着した際にすぐに駐車場に入らずに別のビルのカフェにてルームキーと地下の駐車場に入る。アクセスキーを取ってからでないとホテルの地下の駐車場に入れないのが少し不便です。特にホテル周辺では車を駐車するスペースが限られているので、これは事前に知っておく必要があると思いました

I like the actual hotel itself, which is the rhapsody, however when dealing with this booking it was a different third party, so straight away, you feel like something is not right

The property was not as it shows on booking.com they have used photos of other rooms with balconies, large areas, ocean views, and what we got was what seemed like a cleaners room, one tiny half kitchenette, a small double bed, and a tiny bathroom. No lounge and no where to sit. Not one window opened and the place smelt like it had just been fumigated. We actually contacted the third party to say we could not stay there due to the fumes and left within 30 minutes. We were not offered a refund as apparently they could not tell there was a smell through the "photos" we sent to them to show them we could not open windows and the listing was not what they had advertised! very upset

They had planned maintenance on the garage door and we were parked in the basement and couldn’t get out till 4pm. We were supposed to leave at 10am. When we booked we were not informed and we missed an important appointment. The front staff were rude and when I asked if I could use the pool to fill in time they said no

Location was great. Parking was safe. Easy to use keys and great amenities like the gym and spa and pool.
