Very close to the ocean, beautiful view and close to Tram. Clean and tidy!

I would just suggest some black out curtains in the lounge room as it was quite bright in the morning. Other than that, the place was great :)

The location is exceptional, the view was amazing!! The room was functional and suited our requirements. I would stay again in this hotel being so close to the beach and shops.

I recomend replacing the bed as this is broken and VERY uncomfortable, one side of the bed drops down and the other side is firm with a hard middle so unable to stretch out with comfort. There were no sheets for the pull out couch for my grandson and the blind chain was broken....all thhings we delt with but should be noted.

We arrived from coffs harbour after 3 hours drive a nd place wasn't even cleaned. There was dirty towels dishes rubbish etc. You name it. We had to contact to get it clean and then we had to wait another hour and get kicked out so cleaners can clean the apartment. It was absolutely disgusting

The view was amazing. The location was really good. The balcony was the best part of the room.

Firstly, we had two diferrent address locations provided, so when we caught an uber from the airport, we were at the wrong place which was super confusing. The view was amazing I must say but with the room feeling run down, it left us feeling dissapointed. The shower, every time we used it, the water would spray over the floor everywhere, so we had to use all our towels to try soak up all the water. We then asked for more towels, as when had no dry towels for a shower. It was such a mission to just get towels! They were only provided the next day after speaking to someone from Serain Residences, who did not understand what we were trying to say cause they could barely speak english. So the communications was very poor. Things were almost falling of the wall, cracks in the walls and the air con in the lounge wouldn't turn off. We tried to address these issues with the hosts, but we got told everything is fine. We had this horrible feeling that we were going to be held accountable for issues that were already there before our stay, I feel bad for the next person to stay as they will probably experience the same thing.
