Short notice stay. Was great value for money. Checked in later than expected and ordered food without delay. Very freindly and welcoming environment. Highly recomended.

There was a ridiculously bright green exit light above the bed that stayed on all night. This was enough for me to say that I could not recommend this place unless you don't mind sleeping in a very bright room. Other that this one issue, which was a dealbreaker for me but may not concern some people, it was a good place for the price.

We stayed here on 9 May and whilst the service was fine, there was a ridiculous green exit light in the room that stayed on all night - you could have read a book under it - it was that bright. I am someone who likes to sleep in complete darkness, so this was a dealbreaker. I have stayed in many hotels and have never come across this, so it is not a legal requirement. My husband and I suspect that this light is incorrectly installed and should only come on if there is a power cut. I can see that at least one other person has mentioned it. If you like to sleep in darkness, don't stay here.

The breakfast was good value

The pud decor was tired whjch made the interioe dark

Really helpful friendly staff and great breakfast

There was a delivery early in the morning and the driver did his best to be quiet but when it is a big truck with lots to offload it still wakes you up.
