Size of the double rooms, the cleanliness was not good at all

Noise levels, room sizes and price was high

Friendly staff and clean bedroom

Direct access to the room without needing keys to access buildings other than my room and not needing to traipse miles through corridors to my room

The green light on the fire exit sign in the room did stop me from sleeping the first time I slept here. Appreciate the need for something but this is really disturbing to sleep. I brought eye mask next time so may be worth warning guests

Staff were very friendly and ate in the restaurant with family and food was great.

Have stayed here a few times and always had a lovely stay but as other people have commented rooms are looking a bit tired and could do with a good deep clean and makeover.

An hour to take our order for a pre-booked 1:30pm table for lunch was not good. Toilet in our accommodation not very clean & we also had to ask for clean glasses to go with our bottle of wine ordered to go with our lunch.
