Was very nice, good location main light didn't work so had to use bed side lamps light in bathroom was also not working other than that very nice staff

Staff very friendly and helpful room was basic but for that price good value clean and tidy room nice sea view whic was a bonus 😄

The hotel was convenient, as the function was downstairs, at the same venue. The venue has so much potential. The staff were friendly. The room was good. It wasnt the best place ive stayed, but by no means the worst either. The bed itself was comfortable. The cleanliness of the en suite wasnt the greatest, but effort had been made. Its a o frills, get what you pay for, kind of experience. A little more TLC and this would be a great place.

Room 8 was damp and cold , radiator not working , x 2 wet towels on the window seal , wind was blowing through the window , window was leaking water , massage cracks around 4 square feet in ceiling , bed sheets/bathroom towels were damp , mattress was thin and very soft ... second room give room 6 was damp too , the upright wooden door frame had a crack on the lock side & didn't lock internally as no locking catch in wooden door frame ...I handed key to booking lady saying I am leaving say both rooms wete damp and cold ... Ended up in Holiday Inn paying £117.00 ... Trying to get a refund of £48.00 , waiting for a email within 72 hours ...P.S room 6 & 8 were the only options had no choice to leave ... add photos of your stay won't allow me to send photos of these horrendous rooms

They where not expecting us, rooms were not ready there was no heating and we paid for an ensuite and didn’t get one. The girls working there were lovely though and tried really hard to accommodate the issues

Nice room and lovely shared bathroom with a good size shower. Glad we got a cheap parking badge which we got from them that lasted 24hrs. The mattress was thin and you could feel the spring if you put enough pressure or a slight bounce onto the bed. The pub wasn't too loud for a Friday night and the garden near the hotel is huge and nice. More noise came from other guest doors opening and closing (strangely at early hours (5-6 approx)

Good location near the beach and Witherspoon. The shower did not operate. Staff knew and so did maintenance. Poor entrance. Had to go into pub and wait for person to get enough time to serve us. Big clean room.
