Lovely hotel & great location

Nothing. It was all good.

Good location, clean and tidy. Rooftop bar was excellent.

We had an issue with someone entering our room at midnight through an adjoining door whilst we were sleeping. Also had an issue with food at restaurant which was not dealt with well.

Their “breakfast included” is actually a breakfast credit they are supposed to apply to your bill, they never did even after reaching out by phone and email. That’s a scam at this point. The house keeping did not clean our room while we were out most of the day.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Firstly, rooms were not maintained with amenities so we had to switch. The first room, the lamp did not work, ac did not cool, the bathroom sink barely drained, and the luxury robes were used and not replaced. That makes one wonder what else was not properly sanitized between guest. The front desk offered accommodation moving rooms however the bellman took forever so I had liberty of doing it myself. (As front desk was in a hurry to get it “fixed” by maintenance) Once I came down to get the new room key, upon return, they entered the room without my permission. Strike 1. Second room was a tad better. However the REAL issue presented itself when my significant other and I left out of the room at 7:40am for breakfast and the housekeeper was already knocking on doors. When we came back to the room, there was a very unpleasant, and unnecessary note left behind. The problem is why housekeeping is attending rooms well before checkout time, why housekeeping is tending to a “stay over” room that early (everyone knows stay overs are the hotels last priority), and WHY wait until we leave? We clearly saw the housekeeper across the hall, you could have easily saw if we needed refreshments then. I carry a lot of designer with me on trips, and at that time my suitcase was unpacked. I like to put expensive items away prior to entrance WITH permission. That would be the SECOND time housekeeping entered without prior acknowledgment. I explained the situation to Jeanne (Director of Front office) and she apologized and said she would get to the bottom of it. I had to call back, once I did she offered a certificate for her condolences. She was more than transparent with the certificate contents so I opted for that selection. I never received the certificate in the mail, and once Hilton was contacted there were very major discrepancies than were promised. I contacted Jeanne again via email. As you can expect she never followed up. DO NOT STAY HERE. They will unethically invade your privacy, not uphold their promises, and give you false resolutions. Not a good trip AT ALL. See attached “lovely” note left from the housekeeper. (Ladies this happens from time to time accidentally, it is normal, however, in no way shape or form is this acceptable, just flat out embarrassing.) Returning at a later time with fresh linen would have been the proper etiquette for this.

Really beautiful, so clean, all the most excellent staff you could ask for, great rooms, the BEST shower, walking distance to many places, highly recommend!

The Ac in my room wasn’t working I was hot all night and uncomfortable I call the hotel the next day to talk to a manager and I was told one would call me back in the next 30 min and nobody called me for the money I spent I’m very disappointed

Lovely hotel in a great location for sightseeing, museums, transportation and entertainment. Beautiful and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop bar was a little too loud for our taste. The remote controlled drapes had detached from the carriers and didn't always work properly.
