The Logan Philadelphia, Curio Collection by Hilton

I arrived on a Friday. I immediately went to my room to put my luggage away. Went downstairs and had dinner. I sat at the bar. When I arrived, I was unable to use the digital check-in. I can be a bit of a stickler for efficiency sometimes. Kera, knowing that I was upset, dealt with me in the polis of ways. She explained to me that sometimes the hotels deal with theft, and this is why the digital key was not made available to me. This being said, the hotel should not make the digital key available. It’s not fair to people like Ciara. Sony was also great. I want to thank whoever it was that helped me with the last-minute cancellation that they graciously did not charge me for as I had an emergency family situation to tend to. The hotel is very nice. Kept well. The immediate surroundings are beautiful.

Lee and Samirah were just great at customer service as usual. I met the manager,John who made us feel at home. Whenever I visit Philly, I will stay at the Logan🤗 Highly recommend

Linda greeted me with a warm welcome to the hotel. She assisted me with modifications to my room with no hesitation. Tiffany the night auditor was greet also. They made my hotel experience great! I look forward to staying there again!

I can’t say enough about my time and experience at the Logan. the staff at the hotel are very attentive and went out of their way to Accommodate. My son is getting married this coming September in Philly. Our room block is here.. I feel very confident that our family and guests will have a very positive and fun experience. Samirah at the front desk helped me with many questions about our upcoming event ..went out of her way to get the answers I needed . A big shout out to her ! If you are not familiar with Philly .. this is a wonderful location to say. Walking distance to parks , museums , many great restaurants, entertainment and historical places! Look forward to returning in the Fall.

My last morning at The Logan completely overshadowed what had otherwise been a decent stay. At 7AM I was woken up by loud knocking, and before I could respond, someone used a keycard to unlock and open my room door. I announced myself, they apologized and left. I was asleep inside my room. This was not a knock on the wrong door — my room was actively unlocked by someone with authorized keycard access. I reported it to the front desk immediately. At checkout I was told it may have been another guest looking for their room. That explanation does not hold. Other guests do not have keycard access to occupied rooms. When I pointed this out, I was told they would investigate and follow up. They never did. A hotel's most basic obligation to its guests is safety. The unauthorized entry alone was alarming. The dismissive explanation and complete lack of follow-through made it worse. If you are a solo traveler or anyone who takes their personal safety seriously, that is worth factoring into your decision to stay here.

The location, the room, was comfortable and spacious. The staff was awesome, attentative, accommodating, and apologetic when things didn't go as planned.

What I didn't like the hotel had no control over. The weather was messy.

Room was clean but what stood out was the care and attitude of the reception staff. Sam’rah and Egypt went over and about to make our stay great. They did special things and accommodated every request we had.

I want to recognize outstanding service I received from Destiny a front desk staff member. She was very pleasant, professional and most of all incredibly helpful. We chose the Logan because of its location. Our experience was good but I have a couple of suggestions/comments. My stay was for 3 nights and housekeeping did not come once to my room. The eighth floor hallway where my suite was, had an odor of food as if the kitchen was on the same floor. The lobby bar during busy times , needs more than one bartender. A cocktail waiter/waitress would be helpful .
