The Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia

This truly is a beautiful property in a great location. The staff at the hotel were all extremely friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, sight seeing experiences etc., would highly recommend. This hotel will be our first choice whenever we return to Philadelphia.

The Hotel is undergoing renovation. Rooms were furnished with old furniture. Waste baskets lacked plastic bags. PLEASE WAIT UNTIL MARRIOTT COMPLETES THE RENOVATIONS.

Did not get the room I reserved. Dated, worn decor. Staff friendly but some gave incorrect information. They were understaffed.

Great stay

really liked this hotel. modern but unpretentious. Huge, well-appointed room, well sound-proofed so no disturbance from other guests. Great part of town but quiet street. Very friendly staff who made you feel really welcome.

clean but not super clean. net curtains were grubby.

Very old and not well maintained

Stay was nice, only one issue. There was no micro-wave in entire hotel. Not a one

The bathtub was very dirty. That was really our only complaint. We had already in packed our bag so did not want to call for a room change at that point.

Location..

Room really dark. Tiles in bathroom cracked. Room needed modernisation and poor. No drinking glasses in bathroom and no shower gels in shower. Poor.
