Comfort Inn & Suites Knoxville West

It was in a great location next to good food. Not too far from the AAU track meet. It was very quiet. Not loud. I loved the mini fridge and microwave in the room.

There was still trash from previous guests in the hotel room we stayed in. Trash left under the chair that was sitting in the corner of the room. Trash under the A/C system. Also the A/C unit needs to be cleaned out it was really gross and I was really concerned and scared to turn the A/C on. There was still dust in obvious places. When my children asked the desk hosts for extra towels sets and blankets it was met with hostility and a bunch of questions.

Water leaking into the floors. Ice bucket and fridge were covered in mold. No water pressure. No extra stuff for the sofa bed. Paid more for one night here than it was worth. Absolutely horrible. Will not recommend

Location

Will be calling the health department, they would not refund me my money, had bugs dirty carpet hair all over the room and in the bath room. Stains all over the room. Black mold all in the hallways 🤮🤮

Everything was damp and moldy. They clearly had flooding or severe water damage that was not rectified correctly. It was gross.

This is an older property that needs upgrading, like new carpeting. The pool was not open due to mechanical problems. The breakfast was nice.

Wonderful stay

Do not stay at this hotel. Our baseball team booked rooms here and unfortunately the rooms were not okay… The hotel has mold and mildew issues. We canceled our stay with them and they ended up charging everybody for the rooms. Now we are having to fight Corporate to get the money back the front desk woman manager was terribly unpleasant and rude on the phone and I understand she's just trying to do her job butjust save yourself the headache and don't stay at this hotel.

The whole reason we booked it was for EV charging.

When we arrived, there was a local person parked in the EV charging spot. Went in to ask, the guy at the front desk apologized and told us there was a charger close by. Went to go charge and he called to let us know it was moved. Must have been an employees car. This was all at 1 in the morning. Finally got back, got to the room and the AC was broke. No knobs on it. Said he was sold out and couldn’t move us. So essentially, we paid $120 to sleep there for 5 hours, didn’t eat breakfast and left.
