3 out of 4 ice machines out of order. Working machine on 4th florr but elevator out of order. Rear entrance to hotel had missing lock. No control in room for TV. Pool closed.

We had a comfortable stay and the location was great. The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well on arrival but staff came to clean it for us. We were sad the pool was closed for maintenance as that was partly why we chose this spot!

Great breakfast big rooms great location close to shopping and restraunts and close to downtown

Because of the constant rain there was no pool access but everything else was great

The room was a weird layout. No light above the bathroom mirror. The carpet smelled like urine. No closet or clothes hangers. The toilet barely flushed. But the staff was nice and swift with fixing the toilet when it did eventually get clogged.
