Comfort Inn & Suites Knoxville West

It was a nice stay. No issues. Staff seemed pleasant and helped when needed.

We arrived and the room we booked through Expedia was under construction and that’s the only room we had left. They said they would give us a discount but we would have to contact Expedia. Active water leak in ceiling in room, smelt like smoke, phone didn’t work, coffee maker was gone

Convenient location

Very dated but it was clean. Comfy beds, and ok for one nights stay. Hallway needed vacuuming but rooms were fine.

i’ve machine did not work. the property is aging and needs some refurbishing

Was a bit dated, but room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Old, worn out, needs a complete renovation

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed out. The floors were covered with filth, filth in the tub, toilet and sink. The smell of the hotel was disgusting. The areas around tbe hotel had used condoms, trash and unkept grounds.

We didn’t stay. It was disgusting. We walked on the room, turned around and walked out. The beds were horrible, the bathroom mirror was filthy.

The linens were thread-bare and stained. The pillows were really old and lumpy. The place wasn't expensive, and I guess that you get what you pay for.
