Honestly I could not find anything I didn’t like during my stay.

Disappointing experience – poor hygiene and service esp at Pinto Restaurant. 1. Found flies everywhere—on the tables, chairs, and food plates. Worse, the staff showed no enthusiasm for fixing the problem and were unwilling to change the plates or glasses contaminated by the flies. Even when sitting indoors, food hygiene was a major concern. 2. My belongings were moved by the staff without my consent. 3. Found human hair on the table and the egg plate. 4. Ordered a crispy Thai sunny-side-up egg but received something completely different. 5. The staff didn't seem to listen or want to communicate with guests. 6. During my first visit, the manager promised they would fix the issues, including the hygiene. However, when I returned the next day, there were still flies on the indoor tables. Aside from the poor hygiene standards, the management showed absolutely no commitment to keeping their word. Furthermore, I feel that staying here is forcing me to be a secondhand smoker. The designated smoking area is located at the hotel entrance, right next to the pathway leading from the main entrance to the beach side (Club InterContinental side). As a non-smoker who does not want to inhale secondhand smoke, I am being forced to walk on the main driveway instead. This is the same road used by hotel buggies and guest cars in front of the lobby, which means the proper indoor walkway has essentially been reserved for smokers. Walking on this vehicle path makes me feel unsafe due to the traffic, and I am still exposed to the smoke being blown by the wind.

Nice place good food & good service

It was a wonderful vacation, the Intercontinental Phuket Resort is the best choice. The staff at the Pinto restaurant, especially Yod, Poo, Tik, Bee, Ya and Inn provided the warmest welcome and made us feel loved and cared for throughout our stay! I will definitely be back!

Very quiet and not crowded, felt very relaxed overall. Staff is very friendly and helpful, namely Zeus went above and beyond for us!

We had the most amazing stay at the InterCon. From the very moment we checked in to our beachside suite (which was heavenly) and met our private concierge, Mac, we were treated like royalty. Every detail was taken care of and so many extras. The club lounge is fantastic, I would highly recommend upgrading to have this included in your stay. Complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktails (for 3 hours!) amazing. And the staff are so attentive and proactive. Overall the facilities are first class and access to the beach etc. Kamala beach is a great location. The way Mac and his team looked after us was truly incredible, and without a doubt it was Rachel’s best birthday ever. We can’t wait to come back. khop khun khrup
