Residence Inn by Marriott Amarillo

La piscine était correct j'ai vu l'établissement a besoin d'un bon coup de fraîcheur.

Le petit-déjeuner le choix était très limité.

The layout of the room

When we checked in on Monday the employee never made eye contact or smiled. Wasn't nice. Said we were just basic members and couldn't get a goody bag. Consisting of a small bottle of water a cookie and a protein bar. When we checked in the prior Thursday the you g man made us feel very welcome and gave us a bag.

Sadly, this hotel is well below the standards you expect from a Residence Inn, or any Marriott chain. We arrived to our room to find portable A/C unit since the primary room A/C was down for repairs. (We called to inquire about changing rooms and was told that 30+ rooms have the same portable A/C.). The carpet has stains; the room (and entire hotel) had no bars of soap in the room; there was a hair ball in the bathroom sink; and many many other signs of poor maintenance and housekeeping. I ask for another room - but was told no others were available since I had arrived late. Marriott should either remodel, sell, or shut down this location.

Great location, great price. I had to book 2 rooms, so I was looking for a cheap but decent place, and this fit the bill. It was nicer than decent - older but everything was nice and clean.

Bathrooms could use an update - they were kind of dingy but not unclean.

Maintenance was poor

Location, floor plan of room, friendly staff, decent breakfast.

Dirty, pet hair all over stairs and in room, bug on bed. Kitchen drawer only had 2 forks- no other silverware. Hide a bed was so uncomfortable- could feel springs in back. Main bed had greasy headboard. Cleanliness is an issue.

Location. Large room.

It’s old and needs updating

Carpet is wet. Power outlets are not working one side bathroom is bad.sofa bed is broken.

Wasn't impressed with the breakfast but it was adequate
