The hotel manager was very nice, but the property has seen better days. The rugs were disgusting. The bathroom was in need of some serious fixing. The toilet was shaky and very low. The bathroom door got in the way of using the bathroom. The ground looked terrible. Dead bugs, and live ones. The windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in I don't know how long. Coffee was barely available. The entrance is dangerous off of the main 4 lane highway. Coming out of the parking lot onto a four lane highway. The only good thing about the facility was that it was close to Elezebethen, Tenn. that I was visiting.

It’s all but 3 rooms supposed to be non-smoking and the halls smelled like cigarettes and weed, rooms need better cleaning! Cigarette for came into my room and it stunk!

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!! Filthy dirty, carpets had large holes in them, cigarette burns all over the bedspreads. Broken fixtures...I could go on.

Hotel needs complete renovation, our rooms smelled bad, beds and pillows are very uncomfortable , we stayed for 2 nights and there was no room service. In general needs updates.

We did not stay. It was very unclean.

Run down hotel dirty rooms unkept A/C worked great

1 star at best. Checked in 1130pm. Room was damp, heavy smell of dogs/urine. Bathroom was ada, rusty fitting, major cracked counter, baseboards piece mealed together, poor caulk job on tub, mirror had major reflector delamination, Asked for room change 7:30 am, told check at 930 as mngr can only make change. Went to dollar general and bought air freshener. At 930 mngr changed rooms easily. New room better but heavy musty smell. Other conditions similar, firniture old, dirty, carpets old dirty. Lots of hallway noise and door slams. Stayed 4 nites for Nascar. Last morning house keeping banging on doors 9:45. Only decent items matresses newer and comfortable, although didnt seem to fit frames, caught legs on frame corners often. Most of staff was very nice. No kind of breakfast, coffee carafe in lobby. Pool not open and covered with permanent tarp with bushes and a 5foot tree growing in tarp. Parking lot well worn. Building doors filthy. Way overpriced.

The property looked like it was from the late 60s-early 70s. The carpets were very filthy, and the box springs and mattresses were worn out. It is in need of a total makeover! My wife was not happy that we stayed here. Also, Expedia charged me, and the hotel said it never went thru, so they charged me. Now I get the fun of trying to get this rectified or dispute the charge with my credit card co. Fun times!!!
