Americourt Hotel

Very good hotel, cheap and quiet. Good rooms.

I know that not anybody made during the pandemic but fix or clean something now. Rusty clothes rack with rust flaking off. Torn and falling wallpaper, stained carpet no stopper in tub. It was s close to the family wedding but hopefully you think better of family to let them stay there.

Dirty noising very thin walls. Obviously some people live here. Place is very musty.

It’s been a while since I’ve had bugs in a hotel room. I spent a lot of time cleaning so I could feel comfortable taking a shower. Poor maintenance, dirty carpet, dirty bathroom—we should have demanded a refund!

Quite easy parking.! Like / Dis like one 1st shift desk worker very rude and notlisteto whatto what you was going to do on stYing over and was put out of room and had to set in hall way unti 3 ..00pm befire let us back in for stay over

This hotel was filthy. There was something splattered on the wall in the room, a roach crawling in the bathroom, and what looked like bug pieces in the corners of the bathroom. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and the carpet looked extremely dirty in the hallways and the room. There were also dogs barking inside the hotel. The parking lot did not feel safe at night either. I didn't expect much because it's an older outdated hotel. I usually overlook torn wallpaper and stains, but the filth and the live roach was too much!

Rates were good. Property probably saw it's prime about 40 years ago. Noise was a concern and staff gave me a really quiet room. Hotel is used to house homeless persons and I'm glad they had a warm place to stay. Just not what I was expecting.

It's a place to stay that isn't too expensive. beds aren't very comfortable. curtains cant close all the way. it's not bad, Its not good, its alright if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night. Smelled like cleaning supplies. Area probably isn't the best for people who don't appear cis\het, very Republican area

Excellent place to stay! Was absolutely surprised by it!!! Went back again same experience, great clean rooms, friendly host, will definitely be staying again. The prices are very reasonable, close to alot of great restaurants and fastfood. 5 minutes to downtown. Just all around great place to stay

I would like more information on the dates that I stayed to review and then at that point I can give an accurate review. As far As pricing it’s affordable and in town walking distance from pretty much anything and everything you need. Very helpful
