Americourt Hotel

Staff members are very kind! That's the best I can say about this place. It appeared at first to be clean, though very dark and shabby. Swimming pool was covered and inoperable. In our room, there was a wide crack, 30" at least, in the bathroom countertop. All the "brass" (lamp stems, etc.) was pitted. There were rusty metal plates on walls in the bathroom and bedroom. But when I found cockroaches in our dresser drawers at midnight, I knew we needed to check out in the morning. So we canceled the 2nd and 3rd nights of our reservation. Desk staffer was not surprised, but he did immediately give us a refund for those two nights. Thank goodness, no roaches went with us to our substitute accommodations.

We stayed for 3 nights not once did housekeeping come in. We had to bag up our trash several times and repeatedly ask for clean towels

Nice, clean large room. Staff was very friendly. Only problem was that the curtains did not close completely,. Being on the first floor, this felt a little unsafe.

The property was good. The floors in room was dirty. Plis it advertised breakfast and did not have.

It's a nice place to stay, and the staff are very helpful.

Lady at desk was rude and mean

It smelled musty and of old, stale smoke. Homeless were camped out back.

Went to bed around 11:30pm and was awakened at 3am by a slamming door closeby. From then on, every 15 minutes I was reawakened by slamming doors until around 5::30 am. This hotel is an old Comfort Inn that has never been updated save for the handicap accessible toilets and amateurly painted and taped walls. Bathroom had rust and possiibly mold and there was no room service, i.e clean towels, etc. We will try to find a better place to stay next time we are in the Tricity area of Tennessee.

We didn't like anything about it. The hotel was in need of a very long overdue remodel. The walls were crumbling. There were two poorly patched spots on the ceiling where the bathroom above must have leaked. The rug was dirty and had numerous holes in it. The bed was so close to the window it was very difficult to get in on that side. It was too noisy to get a good night's sleep. We were woken up repeatedly throughout the night, and I had earplugs in my ears. The hotel was the grossest hotel we ever stayed in and it was not cheap.
