Americourt Hotel

Location good. Bad, Smelly and dirty room.

I had to wait for the desk clerk to finish putting on makeup before she greeted me. It took longer than it should have for her to find my reservation; among other things, she repeatedly asked for my name although she knew she'd be asking for ID. When I finally got my key, I had to ask for directions to my room. After giving it some thought she directed me to use the back door, although that turned out to be twice as far from my room. I hope all this was just a sign of inexperience. The room itself was comfortable and clean. The covers were just right; warm without being too heavy. However, the whole place needs to be refurbished. It's very rundown.

Staff and parking

It wasn’t clean. No one was in the office. Wallpaper is peeling off of the walls, it was noisy all night long, all 3 nights, non-stop. Weeds and debri piled up on the pathway/walkway by workers for 2 continuous days, talking outside the room until after 11pm at night.

My review title sums it up. If I visit the area again I'd gladly stay there.

The people at the desk were very cordial and helpful. The price was not bad either. You can tell in its day this hotel was fantastic. Sadly there has been no upkeep or renovations in years. But don’t let this stop you from staying. The bathroom was spotless with good water pressure and plenty of piping hot water. The bed was clean and fresh as well.

Advertisements said there was pool… it was closed Smelled like smoke Front desk was nice at check in but very hands off the rest of time

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They have a lot of work to do with the remodeling, hopefully when they are done everything will be fine. They really should have coffee in the rooms.

The property was only 20 minutes from Bristol Speedway which is exactly why we chose it but will never stay again. For the price we paid we should of chose a hotel farther away. The hotel smelled like smoke and the room was dirty when we checked in. This hotel needs a lot of updates. We paid way too much for a hotel that only charges 65 dollars on a normal day. We will be staying at a hotel that it’s a little bit farther and worth the money.

The internet must be dial up cause its incredibly slow.and the older woman that works 1st shift is so freaking hateful.when you pay the money you pay for these rooms the last thing the dtaff should be is hateful.she is miserable and wants to take it out on who she can.
