makeup mirror with lights!!!

The ac vent blew onto the bed, very cold but couldn't turn the AC off because the room got hot. Vent deflectors would have helped.

"Used to be great hotel, feels very dated now"

I used to stay at this hotel pretty often - after renovation in 2019 it was pretty nice but feels dated now: - The faucet in our shower didn't work and was broken. - The sink water was foggy. I poured myself a glass of tap water and ended up not wanting to drink the water in the room - The pool area is fun with kids but it feels dated and dilapidated - missing ceiling tiles, poor lighting, etc. - TVs in the room were huge but missing apps like Netflix, only option was linear TV or some junky app that didn't even work. Why have 2 TVs in the room if I can't watch anything on them? - The restaurant is kind of sad and feels dated and extremely expensive for breakfast. I spent $40 for two people on a sad buffet. Even the most generic Hyatt place has better free breakfast. - The fountain in the lobby was full of algae and looked gross. If they're not going to maintain it, just remove it! But otherwise the staff is nice, check in is pretty easy and the Hyatt experience is fine. The building just needs some love.
