Our anniversary stay at Cheeca Lodge was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Jessica at check-in was absolutely fantastic — funny, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. She truly went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay feel special, and her hospitality set the tone for the entire trip. Our room was beautiful with an incredible ocean view that made it hard to leave the balcony each morning. The entire property feels like a tropical escape, with lush landscaping and scenery that instantly puts you into complete relaxation mode. We spent a day by the pool and had such a great experience. The pool attendants, servers, and bartenders were all genuinely friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was another highlight. We arrived early and were the only guests there at the time, but the chef treated us like VIPs. Before our meal, he surprised us with an extra burrata dish — and as someone who loves burrata, it felt like he somehow read my mind! For our entrée, he prepared an incredible gluten-free pasta with Gulf shrimp that was absolutely delicious. From the service to the food to the beautiful surroundings, everything exceeded our expectations. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning our next visit. We can't wait to come back... hopefully very soon!

DO NOT waste your money here!!!! CHEECA has lovely landscaping The rooms are in desperate need of updating!! I factually had roaches in my kitchen area!!! Every morning they were hiding under the coffee pot. My stairs, elevator and hallway in my building was not cleaned the entire weekend. The prices to stay and the food are incredibly expensive for the service you receive! When two tropical drinks at the pool cost $50 You’ve gone too far. Plus a $35 corkage fee uf you bring your own wine? Ridiculous!! The restaurants are just ok, but priced as high end. Staff walk by you and never speak. There were only three staff that were welcoming A young lady at concierge, manager and cook and waiter (yes he did it all) of the Italian restaurant and the bartender at the tiki hut patio behind the main building. My reservation dates were adjusted. I took me three calls to adjust the issue. (In fact most of the time no one answered the phone when forwarded to guest reservations). I had to physically go to hotel to finally correct. In addition,My bill was incorrect I have currently placed six phone calls to resolve and no one has returned my messages. I asked for a printed copy of my bill, and there is no phone number for questions or issues. I could continue..

Terrible rooms , old and dated. Most of the staff , unfriendly. Food was ok, not the best. Had a safe issue that took 2 days to resolve Overall, look for somewhere better to stay

Johnny Morris has acquired something special! In June we returned to Cheeca and it was a memorable trip. Jessica at check in was outstanding and the same can be said about Patrick at 25 South, and Irene at Atlantic's Edge. The guys at watersports (Erick & Hartel I think were their names), were also very kind. Our housekeeper also did a fantastic job. The resort grounds are absolutely beautiful! We look forward to coming back and hope that new ownership will make only minor improvements rather than major changes.

There are not enough words to express how grateful we are for Jessica Wood and the level of care she has shown our family during our stay at Cheeca Lodge. When our stay did not begin as planned, Jessica immediately stepped in and completely turned the experience around. What could have easily overshadowed our weekend instead became a testament to what true hospitality looks like. Jessica has been compassionate, attentive, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure we have the experience we hoped for. She has handled every detail with grace and urgency while constantly checking in. Jessica is the very definition of exceptional customer service. Taylor has also been wonderful and has assisted along the way. We cannot thank them both enough for going above and beyond in every way possible. Because of them, the remainder of our stay will be everything we hoped it would be, allowing us to focus on making memories together and celebrating this special milestone. This Father’s Day weekend is incredibly special to us. Just over a year ago, we got married at Cheeca, and this time we returned with our daughter, to celebrate my husband’s first Father’s Day in the most meaningful place in our lives. Needless to say, this trip holds so much significance, which makes Jessica’s kindness and dedication all the more appreciated. Thank you, Jessica, for your kindness, professionalism, and for helping ensure that Cheeca continues to hold only amazing memories for our family.

Cheeca sits directly on the water with pristine beach, multiple pools and dining venues, water activities, 3 par golf course (I played for the first time) and spa all with a soft summer breeze off the ocean. We stayed in the newer section on the bottom floors with a great balcony, outdoor tub and steps that lead directly to the water. Our go to every morning was to walk outside with a good book and feel the amazing breeze. We literally could sit there all day. There are tons of open lounge chairs and cabanas available. When evening comes there is live music which echos across the property. Amazing! We will be back. Don’t miss Nikai Sushi upstairs on property and sit outside.

I would like to thank Ms. Cassandra Louis-Jean for her attention to detail and her warm and inviting personality. We celebrated my mom's 85th birthday at the Cheeca Lodge and Spa this past weekend and my elderly mother was hesitant to travel here but was overwhelmed with the love and attention she received. She loved the kig size bed, the tub on the balcony and of course the food was delicious. Thank you again Cassandra and I will most definitely see you soon...again.

Cheeca Lodge is OUTSTANDING! I've been going there almost 30 years now. My kids love it, my friends love it and I've fallen in love with it more and more everytime I go. Stayed in one of the Townhouses with my 2 best friends and we will probably never stay at the Lodge or Suites again. Private "home" with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, private pool (only for people staying in the Townhouses), and a private beach as well. You have 2 butlers at your beckoning call!! Food is GREAT there, Service is top notch, Front Desk help is spot on and the grounds make you feel like you are in another Country. It is PARADISE there! Try it once and you'll be hooked for life! :)
