The grounds were very unkept and dirty... Cigarette butts and a trash on property and in the parking lot... The room was nice and I did enjoy my stay.... I have stayed at other Residence Inns and there grounds were very neat and maintained so you knew they really took pride in that...

"Unsafe. Broken Doors. Bugs."

DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel is not safe and the shuttle is never running. The door to the building (separate from the main lobby) was broken, leaving it unmonitored and unsecured. People were coming and going loudly all night, making it feel unsafe and disturbing sleep. The airport shuttle was not running at night or the next day, despite being a key reason for choosing this hotel. I had to pay for my own Lyft to get to the hotel. This hotel is not as clean as it should be. The hallway had a bad odor, and there were ants. The bathroom fan was extremely loud, comparable to a jet engine. The front desk staff was rude upon arrival (apparently, I interrupted the card game she was hosting in the lobby with all the lights out). I was double charged for my room and not given a key because the key machine "was broken." It took weeks to get a refund, which was incredibly frustrating.

The room itself was excellent, they were in the process of updating every room on the entire 2nd floor. Downside to that was that they were working from 7am to whenever on weekdns also while some of our family was trying to rest. No pool, no excersize room due to construction either. That sucked. Also, they asked us to check out early even though my reservation stated a later check out time on it. Breakfast was good. Its right off the highway, good. But dont go driving around the neighborhood if you dont have to.....kinda sketchy. Will be awesome when all of the construction is complete.
