The room was amazing. Everything was so clean. The staff could not have been more helpful. I will Def stay there again

My only complaint was the 1980 toilet. It was so low to the floor, it was uncomfortable for my knees getting up and down. And it was an old fashioned flush, no pressure.

Room was infiltrated with ants. Spoke to Marriott Customer Service and they weren't helpful. Offered me nothing because I booked through hotels.com

The property is in the process of being renovated but our room was clean and comfortable.

I needed to extend my stay but the hotel was booked and I had to find other accommodations.

The staff was friendly. I was not aware that The hotel was being remodeled. The construction staff took up most of the close parking. Had to work with construction as they brought supplies to the floors not yet remodeled. My room was clean & plenty of room but u could see where they could not get close enough to the walls and fixtures in cleaning carpet. I worked with 3 different people to connect to internet & NEVER got connected even though I have a marriot member number.

This is the WORST Residence Inn we have ever been in. Super dirty, tiny check-in area and terribly bad check-in staff. We got a cancellation of our flight and had to book this one near the Indianapolis Airport for an overnight. After booking, we called the hotel several times to find out if there is a shuttle coming. Got cut-off four times before talking to a person who - despite advertising the shuttle runs every 5 minutes - finally and reluctantly sent a shuttle to pick us up. Once there, since we had an early flight next day, we inquired about the shuttle for an early pick-up, the person at the desk said no one is scheduled to be driving and told us to book an Uber or Lyft.... Once receiving the keys to the room, we were supposed to be in the "innovated section", the entrance and carpet look like it has not been cleaned forever. Room was super noisy and the last kicker was that when we tried to take a shower for our early flight (6:00 AM departure), the hot water took about 10 minutes to get warm up.... We have a lifetime Titanium status with BonVoy program and there was nothing "Bon" about this one...

Excellent service to all the staff the food was really really good. The room was excellent and love the pool and hot tub

Property was very clean. Front desk service was fantastic. Really friendly and helpful.

We had a terrible experience. The elevators didn't work. My friend who was staying with us fell down stairs and hurt herself. There were no hand rails. Night manager was not helpful. All around horrible experience.

We attended a conference at the Indiana Convention Center and booked a four-day stay at the hotel. We were disappointed to find out that the hotel was undergoing remodeling, which we were not informed about beforehand. Each day, workers attempted to enter our room to install window screens, add countertops, and complete various jobs. Although the studio was quite clean, it had an unpleasant smell of fresh paint and glue. Additionally, the hotel is in a location that is not convenient and is far from everything. Also, the swimming pool and hot tub were unavailable during our stay.

stayed in newly remodeled 2 bedroom suite. Very nice with two private bathrooms, kitchen with full fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave. Sitting area was nice too.
