The beds were comfortable, and the linens looked clean. Staff was welcoming and cordial.

Breakfast was lacking, waffle iron is in poor shape. Timer was not engaging correctly. Sausages where like hockey pucks. coffee machine is not fresh. Walls are scratched up in our room and breakfast area. Room smelled damp, there are holes in the shower wall, the towel bar was loose by the sink. Property just looks unkept from the parking lot to the inside on a whole.

Easy access from I-29. Decent breakfast selection. NOW FOR THE REST OF THE STORY-- Very disappointing overall. The hallways and guest rooms are poorly lit, mattresses were saggy and springs were beginning to poke through. Good thing we left our bathing suits home as the hotel pool was closed by the Health Department during our stay. Security door was rarely locked. Found old french fries under the desk in our room. The toilet rocked, and the tub drain was so slow that the water was at least ankle-deep when showering. One day a desk clerk was so ill that I found her napping in the lobby because there was no one to cover her shift.

Pool was closed down Mattress for one of the beds had a big dip in it. Didn't sleep well because of it.

Horrible experience. Stayed there for the Fargo Marathon. Rooms were dirty, equipment broken, carpet smelling, tub stained, breakfast area equipment broken. Loud neighbors with too thin walls. The whirlpool was broken and the pool needed an uplift. Not what you see on the pictures at all. The staff was friendly but overworked. One rep told me he pulled near a 20 hour shift. Would have left but the town was sold out because of the races.
