Surrounding area offers little (nothing that the KC can do about this). Infrastructure needs investment

The buildings are beautiful. Our room was immaculately clean and the bed very comfortable

Our check in and out was dreadful as there was only one staff member on duty trying to run the whole show. Our shower never worked at all so we showered in the next door room, which was just as bad. The noise from the street all night was loud and kept me awake all night! We asked for breakfast at 7.30 and finally received it at 8.30. The poor staff were running rugged!

"Noise pollution spoiled what would have been a great stopover"

History ,architecture ,furnishings

ExcessiveNoise from outside the club from a Disco next door , car drag racing and drunk people screaming the entire night . Staff are aware and placed us closest to the noise in a near empty hotel. They commented that they are powerless to do anything about the noise.
