Bad, unreliable, not recommended, not to be trusted. Unfortunately everything different than booked the standard not as promised, the apartment was not the one I booked.. I emailed them to ask if I could check in a little earlier, but there never answer. When I arrived in Toronto wanted to move into apartment at 2:45 instead of 3, I was completely taken aback. I opened door the cleaning lady was lying on the sofa when I asked if I could move into the room she no speak english, made clear to me that I couldn't come in until 3, she continue to rest. After check-in, I discovered various defects and emailed them. Even I had phone numbers, no one at the agency could ever be reached. I was told about the defects that they noted them, the biggest joke that drain in the bathroom was blocked on this point replied that I should take care of it myself, as if I had the time, tools, desire to do so do work and take care of it. The best is yet to come after checking out on September 24th, I contacted them several times asked if everything was OK, the answers always positive, I then waited my deposit and also asked a few times when it would be paid, answer was that this will be done automatically after 7 days. Now after a good 10 days receive email from them and they claim that I have left damage although this was not the case. I recorded existing damage during check in and sent it to. It's a shame that I have to deal with things like this. There are always people who try to rip you off. On the whole, never book this agency and its apartments again, I am not the only one who rates this way, be careful with this agency. Completely untrustworthy and not recommended.

Do not stay here. The company is a scam. They have horrible customer service and do not care about clients. You're better off taking your business elsewhere. Do some research, and you'll find lots of people who unfortunately feel for this scam. Stay far away from Globalstay.

Place was great, clean and beautiful. Customer service was not the greatest, although responsive via Whatsapp. I called to give one of the customer service some feedback on how my check-in could have been better and it felt as if I was talking to myself whereas if I was a business owner and someone gave me some feedback I would at least acknowledge it and ensure the customer feels heard - the rep just shifted blame onto Expedia. I have since resorted to using other facilities when I visit Hamilton.

The location is good, nice restaurants close by, dog park, LCBo, Beer Store I have booked this location in the past and never paid the $75 surcharge. It's overpriced at that

My recent stay with Global Stay was a disaster. First and foremost, the sheets on the bed were stained, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Additionally, upon arrival, we found that the dishwasher had been unloaded but not cleaned, which was disappointing as we had hoped to cook and eat some meals at the property. biggest issue, however, was the incessant barking of a dog next door, which made it difficult to sleep at night and enjoy our time at the property during the day. Despite notifying the property manager of this issue, nothing was done to address it, and we were forced to endure the noise for the entirety of our stay. To make matters worse, we also experienced issues with the internet, which was unavailable for half of our visit. This made it difficult to work remotely and stay connected with friends and family back home. When we notified the property manager of this issue, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. To add insult to injury, when we notified the property manager of the stained sheets and other issues, they had the audacity to charge us for the stains and claim that there was a missing item. This was a clear example of poor customer service, as they were not only rude and ignorant, but also unresponsive to our concerns. Overall, my experience with this Airbnb stay was disappointing and frustrating, due to the stained sheets, unclean dishwasher, noisy neighbors, lack of internet, and poor customer service from the property manager. I would not recommend staying at any property with GLOBAL STAY

Nice property, in a neighborhood I grew up in as a a kid. The building was a textile factory that closed in the 50’s and has been brought up to date. Key pad at the entry didn’t work so a small delay getting in the building. Wonderful stay at a really cool place but the mattresses were uncomfortable and should be updated.

The hosts are extremely polite and quick to reply to any messages. The style and design of the units is way above there competition.

Horrible, this was a terrible experience. We had a late arrival, we confirmed multiple times that we were arriving late and that we were reassured every time that it wouldn't be an issue. The plane late, we arrived at 3 am and couldn't get in the building!! We phoned 3 times and were hung up on. I have sent over 30 emails and have sent screenshots of our communication and they are refusing to help me. I asked to speak with a manager and they are refusing to elevate my case. Stay away - do not book here.
