Enorme Maya Beach - Adults Only

Katerina was amazing. She was friendly and perfectly and gave a great massage. the food was amazing and everything was great value for price. I would 100% recommend to anyone who is interested 🥰

Stayed for 10-days and the hotel is quiet with a chilled atmosphere. The pool is nice with just about enough beds and while the usual reservation process was happening we got beds every day. We had a suite with a sea view which was great. The food is very good, not a massive choice but plenty enough for us at breakfast and evenings. The staff are very attentive and helpful and made us feel welcome. Location is quiet and while on the seafront there’s no beach other than a short walk away where there are small beaches and a charge for sun beds. We ate out at 2 Friends and Seaside, both a couple of mins from the hotel and excellent. Negatives? The gym is not fit for purpose and is outside but under shade. I’d take that away and put in more sun beds! I did e-mail in advance to ask about it and had no reply which if they had would have saved me a bit of packing. Would recommend a trip to Hersonissos and Heraklion on the local buses and we also bought a tour to Spinalonga Island which was good but lots of stops picking up passengers. We had a lovely stay.

We have stayed in alot of adults only hotels abroad and we feel this is a fair review. The positives first, Check in was on line but done by staff while we had a free drink, our room was big and good(a little dark in the bathroom). Some of the staff were so friendly and helpful, food was fair. Was clean throughout the hotel. Now some negatives. Not enough sunbeds around the pool unless you want to get up at 6am each morning to put your towel on one, we managed 2 days out of 12 for a sunbed,if you are unable to reserve a sunbed,you don't get the service (buzzers for service are given to people around pool)we did inform staff,they said there were not enough to go around,are room was right beside pool?. A la cart is outside at the front of hotel,which is open to the public, so children were sat at table near us(adults only)?,we are use to inside the hotel restaurants. Entertainment was 4 times in 14 nights,and repeated. Gym room consists of 2 machines outside in temperatures of 30 not good. If you are coming here for a week then this would be ok,but we were here for 2 weeks and we went out for our Entertainment to help make it a bit more positive but expensive.

This hotel is staffed by polite, friendly young people who do all they can to make your stay as luxurious as possible. The pool and outside areas of spotless and the spa and yoga is really excellent. I recommend having a treatment with Katerina who was excellent

What an awesome experience. The hotel staff are lovely. Nothing is too much and they are very attentive. The manager lady at night is so helpful and really looked after us. Very chilled place. Must try the gyros in the afternoon, delicious!

Peaceful, relaxing, beautiful food every staff member helpful polite nothing is to much trouble, had a wonderful massage Room 311 clean and spotless every day It’s perfect for a relaxing time If your looking for a very chilled week this is the place to come There isn’t much of a strip But hersonsis is only a ten minute taxi or a bus ride There isn’t much entertainment but we wasn’t looking for that

A lovely quiet hotel that has a nice chill vibe. I did not enjoy checking in on my mobile phone with passport details etc however the lovely receptionist did this for me. We were also greeted with refreshments. We booked a Seaview room junior suite with balcony however the Seaview balcony is furnished with one chair and is tiny however we had a huge balcony at the front overlooking the pool which we loved especially in the evenings and first thing in the morning. Sunloungers were cushioned. However, many were saved by 7.45 am however loungers on top of the water at the pool were always free and by the beach restsurant you have extra 8 loungers which gives you the view of the sea. Buzzers are given out round the pool so you can order drinks and food or you can walk to the bar with stunning views and have food or drinks great place to see the sunset 🌇 Breakfast was very good and evening meals did not disappoint. We walked out to the small town with a harbour and bars and also when you see the sign central in blue follow the sign it's full of bars restaurants and a great vibe at night. We would stay here again we felt relaxed our room was 214 and it was great. The room is quiet and comfy.

On arrival offered welcome drink and did self check in online. Nice receptionist Nikas. Accompanied to our sea view double room. Nothing like the photo on Jet 2 website. It was small dark and had a tiny balcony. Went back to reception to ask if any larger brighter rooms available. After some work by Nikas we were shown to a suite at an extra cost of €10 per night which we paid. Separate bedroom, lounge and bathroom, bigger balcony. Rusty AC unit. Bathroom was small and dark but shower was powerful and hot. We overlooked a children’s play area and staff walkway but it was okay. Pool area lovely although the reserving of sunbeds was an issue with towels on before breakfast. Selfish people!!! Despite the hotel policy not to reserve. This wasn’t actively challenged by any staff members. We went to the nearby beach which was lovely. There is a Gym workstation but it is old and obviously little used, There is a spa hut which seemed popular for massages. Breakfast and Evening Meals were fantastic and the standout for this hotel along with the lovely staff. On balance there are some positives and the negatives are fixable. We would however, return as Gouves is a lovely location for relaxation,
