"Disgusting bomb site "

We tried to check in and no one was on site. the place looked like a bomb site awful dirty curtains hanging down overall disgusting. Finally found a builder/workman who let me in whilst he found someone for us.guess what no one on site. The inside matched the outside what i could see so we walked off and found a different hotel to stop at l.

The hotel is very run down but our bed was clean & the shower was hot so ok for just one night, staff friendly & helpful & location good!

"Run, run now. "

SHOCKING, avoid at all costs. The place is a dive and the night porter burst into my room at 1 am asking to check the toilet. Dodge as hell. Take my advice, seelp in the car, it's safer.

"Fine for hen & stag do's"

No-one on front desk on our arrival or departure. Bathroom needed a deep clean to remove mould, thick desk build up, dirty toilet brush with mould in the holder and dirt on the tiles. Constant buzzing from light above bed which also omitted a bright green light and lit up the room & the main light didn't work. There were 2 of us staying but only 1 set of towels and coffee for 1 person also 2 cups. We also experienced the fire alarm going off at 11.30 which the guests were downstairs before any hotel staff, there wasnt any organisation of getting people in a safe place & guests werw still standing in the lobby. On departing i personnally had a fall as there was no sign warning about step & misjudged it but again there was no one in reception & wasnt able to report it. The only plus i can give this was the sheets smelt clean. We had booked for 2 nights but couldnt face staying another night and checked out the next day
