Placement of toilet next to wall was a bit weird and the faucet at sink need to be fixed like the handles for hot and cold water etc..

The staff helped me ship items I couldn't take with me on the plane. The room and entire hotel was beautiful and very well kept.

The online TV system for the hotel was not working, and we also had trouble with streaming from our phones and laptops.

We are so grateful to the Four Seasons who came to the rescue after Accor lost our reservation for the fully booked Sofitel Montreal. Hotel staff were are able to secure us a beautiful room on a higher floor and even apologized for Accor! The rooms are sumptuous and every detail has been well thought out. Montreal is one of our favourite cities and now we have found the perfect hotel to complete the magic. Special thanks to all the staff at the hotel from reservations, front desk, housekeeping and Lounge personnel who made our stay so perfect. Merci beaucoup!
