Family friendly. Easy access to public transportation and dining.

Water was not in plastic bottles. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make the bed firm for me. The surprise snacks in the room were a nuce touch.

There are few words that can be used to accurately capture what it's like to stay at the Four Seasons Montreal. The hotel itself is in many ways a story of wonderful contradictions. It's opulent yet approachable; a place to see and be seen yet comfortable and breezily casual. As always, what separates the Four Seasons Montreal is an almost indescribable level of service and commitment to the guest experience. Having stayed at a few Four Seasons properties, it's a style that is so unique to the brand that it may as well be called The Four Seasons Approach. It's about knowing the guests, anticipating needs, leading with positivity and confidence, addressing issues swiftly and satisfactorily, and reflecting the commitment to the guest at every possible opportunity. Everybody, from the front desk team to the concierge to the maintenance team to the room service team, said hello and asked if we needed anything for the room - every time we saw them. The feeling that emanates is that if you have a request, the team will do all it can to provide a solution and to do whatever it takes to facilitate a seamless guest experience.

I stayed here with my family during the F1 races. From the moment I entered our suite, it was pure luxury. The decor was a modern, residential style concept with a spacious living room and hallway. The bedroom was sleek with luxurious bedding and an oversized bathroom with the most exquisite bathroom amenities. I was greeted with the most delectable in house baked good. A welcome muffin made from almond flour induced with a berry compote. In true Four Seasons Fashion, The whole experience was a 10/10. Can’t beat the Luxury of a Four Seasons❤️

Difficult access. Excellent location

Mattresses are too soft, even when firmer is added. If you have spine problems they can exacerbate disc issues.
