Four Seasons Hotel Montreal

Everything great

We enjoyed our four night stay at this modern and well maintained hotel. The staff was very nice, the rooms were well appointed with a separate shower, toilet area and stand alone bathtub. The towels were nice and the bathroom was well lit. There was a long shelf to put your cosmetic items. The bath only had one sink and there was a tiny step from toilet area where we kept tripping. .There was good closet space, some drawers but many shelves, and a long desk. There were nigh tables with plugs available for electronics, and a sofa. The room had good lighting. Breakfast was a menu, with additional items available for brunch on the weekend. The breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is the epitome of luxury. From the pre arrival communication asking about smallest details that I would prefer to the service throughout my stay everything was perfect. Every request is immediately fulfilled. The room is just great. Amazing bed, bathroom, amenities, just great. The restaurant Marcus is very good, we had breakfast there every day ( courtesy of Chase Sapphire Reserve), as well as one dinner. Everything was very good, although very expensive. Gym, pool, sauna, steam room -- all complementary and top notch. Location is also very good. Probably one of the very best hotels one can stay in.

The room service choice and quality was ok’ish, not as good as I know from other Four Seasons

luxurious room with excellent service

1. breakfast 2. hotel has no normal hall 3. there was no cold water in the shower 4. left trousers in the room and wrote them a letter, they have not answered for three days.

Loved everything other than the evening doormen. Not friendly or welcoming. Alway talking in a group

Everything was great just the pool area wasn’t that good
