"Perfect pass-through in Novato CA"

Although it was on a frontage road facing Highway 101, my room was very quiet. I was just passing through, so I did not need anything special. I expected cleanliness, comfort, and quiet, and that's exactly what I got. It was a 3 minute drive from a quaint downtown area with many food choices and bakeries.

The hotel itself is very nice

The continental breakfast could be better. Bagel, muffins, toast, orange juice would be an upgrade from just cereal and coffee

La ubicación es muy buena ya que tiene un muy fácil acceso. La habitación es de buen tamaño y la cama muy confortable.

El desayuno es muy malo, muy incompleto. La puerta de la habitación no funcionaba correctamente.

"TERRIBLE"

Absolutely NOTHING!

Absolutely TERRIBLE ! Not only was the staff absolutely rude, they refused to help in anyway whatsoever. Checked in , our room was not clean none of the outlets worked, asked for a different room they refused then went when we returned in the second night the room key didn't work they refused to let us check in and said they canceled our reservation! I tried to get an explanation the rude lady at the front desk said while rolling her eyes 'I just work here' . I literally cant believe the customer service. I will be calling Fernando the manager. I had to search around Sonoma on a booked weekend for another hotel. Such an inconvenience but I guess thats what you get when you try to save a few bucks, crappy room, and rude customer service! NEVER AGAIN . What is nuts is I was telling another person who was at the same event we were over the weekend about this, and they also CANCELED his room on him and he said they wouldn't tell him why and we're completely rude to him as well. Be warned if you stay here. Total scam this hotel is!
