Husband in hospital with pneumonia. Need to clean and overhaul all ac units. Our friend was also in CMG with pneumonia.

"Wonderful Stay!"

We had an excellent time at Costa Sur and Spa. Service was amazing! What surprised us the most was how all staff worked together as one family. So friendly, helpful, and it felt that they really loved their jobs. Out of all of them we remember Cesar and Cronos at concierge area the most as well as Manu at the beach. Cesar suggested the most wonderful tours to Yalapa, etc; and was always happy to answer all of our questions. So naturally nice and friendly. Waiters at dining area were also amazing. Apart from excellent service, the hotel is strategically located between MisMaloya beach and Puerto Vallarta Town. The local bus stops in front of Hotel and takes 10-12 minutes to take you to town for 10 pesos per person. The Hotel's private beach is a marvel. So clean, and secluded via rocks in front of beach, makes it perfect for swimmers who like calm waves. Some spots have pebbles, but once you pass that, it is great.
